Making a pulley for Gareth

Aluminium disks to choose from, all with reamed 22mm diameter hole for use on the Hommel. Note one disk mounted on mandrel.

The cracked pulley to replace refines the selection.

22mm mandrel for holding disks.

Not quite as originally envisaged - the shaft diameter of the motor turned out to be 25mm, not my usual 22mm. Didn't want to make up a mandrel for that, so used thicker/longer disk that could be held in a chuck.

Slotted, and fitted to the motor.
